How our picnics work!

STEP 1

Select the time, date and location for your picnic

Brisbane is our flagship location, but we're expanding rapidly across Australia! Within each region our experienced Business Partners can help you select the best location for your specific picnic experience.

STEP 2

Select your preferred picnic style

You can choose from our traditional low set picnic with blankets and cushions or from our modern private dining style which is table and chairs (this style isn't offered at all locations). We will provide all of your crockery, cutlery, linen napkins, glassware and fresh greenery for the table!

STEP 3

Select from our extensive catering options or choose to self cater

Each Vintage Picnic provider will have their own local caterers who can provide gourmet food for your picnic. You are also very welcome to provide your own food. Drinks and ice are also typically provided by you, but we will have ice buckets on hand for all group picnics.

STEP 4

You and your guests arrive at the agreed time

We will send you a text message with a pin drop showing exactly where your picnic has been set up. You and your guests will arrive to your beautifully set picnic at which point we will leave you to it. Most locations will provide a bluetooth speaker for your music and some garden games so be sure to double check when booking.   

STEP 5

Enjoy your picnic and leave the clean up to us

You will have your picnic to enjoy for anywhere from 1.5 to 3 hours depending on group size or longer if you've chosen to extend the allocated time. At the end of your picnic we will come back to pack everything away and commence the clean up allowing you to continue the party of head home and curl up in bed!
